Jillelive's Terms & Conditions — clearly and transparently

1General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the agreement between the jillelive platform and all its users. jillelive is an online betting and gaming platform operating under a valid license.

These terms apply at all times, and Jillelive reserves the right to update them at any time. Notice will be posted on the platform before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Eligibility & Registration Requirements

You are solely responsible for the security of your jillelive account. Never share your password with anyone, and make sure to change it regularly.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the Jillelive support team immediately. In such cases:

• Keep records of any unauthorized transactions.

Sharing your account with others or selling it is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits on jillelive can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited instantly.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100
• Daily Maximum Deposit: ৳50,000
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300
• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳1,00,000

Withdrawals must be made to a mobile banking number registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party numbers will not be approved.

Jillelive does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees, though your payment provider's own charges may apply.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jillelive offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms that must be fulfilled.

• Welcome Bonus: up to 100% on your first deposit. Wagering Requirement: 10x.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• If wagering requirements are not completed within 30 days of receiving a bonus, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Jillelive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on jillelive, please read the following rules:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Jillelive itself voids it.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned or left incomplete, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with Jillelive's rules.
• Bets placed on live events after a match has started are automatically considered final.
• Odds changes only apply before a bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed, it will be settled at the odds agreed at the time of placement, regardless of any subsequent changes.
• Jillelive reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

For parlay or combo bets, all selections must win. If any single selection loses, the entire parlay is lost.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jillelive and will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts (from the same person, device, or IP address).
• Placing bets in a deliberate pattern to exploit the bonus system.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using automated programs or bots to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches on the website.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

8KYC & Identity Verification

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory for compliance with international financial regulations. Jillelive may request KYC verification at any time.

What may be required for KYC verification:

• Clear photos of both sides of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A selfie photo (with NID if required).
• Proof of mobile banking account ownership.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement).

Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete. jillelive aims to complete the KYC process within 48 hours.

9Responsible Betting

• You may not use jillelive's brand name or logo for any third-party purpose.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer the platform's software.

11Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome or transaction, please follow the process below:

• Step One: Submit your complaint via live chat or email within 72 hours of the incident.
• Step Two: The jillelive support team will investigate and respond within 48 hours.
• Step Three: A final decision will be communicated following the completion of the investigation.

The decision of jillelive's support team is final and binding. However, players retain the right to appeal to the relevant regulatory authority.

12Changes to Terms & Their Effect

Jillelive reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:
